Terms & Conditions – BRAND Bags

Welcome to BRAND Bags. By accessing or purchasing from our website, WhatsApp store, or any official sales platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Quality & Authenticity

All BRAND Bags products are 100% OG, carefully curated, and quality-checked before dispatch.

As our products are in the luxury and imitation segment, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. COD may carry an additional fee.

3. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery timelines range from 3–7 working days, depending on the location.

Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499; shipping and COD charges apply as per our Shipping Policy.

4. Return & Exchange

We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

A flat ₹200 fee is applicable for all exchanges.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.

6. Product Use & Care

Handle imitation jewelry and bags with care.

Avoid exposure to water, perfume, or chemicals to maintain product life.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website/social media – including logos, photos, and product descriptions – is owned by BRAND Bags. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer data is used strictly for order processing, marketing (if opted in), and service improvement. We do not share data with third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims shall be subject to the jurisdiction of SURAT courts only.
