BRAND Bags – Return & Exchange Policy

At FOMO Bags, every product is crafted with care and curated with luxury in mind. To maintain the exclusivity and hygiene standards of our women’s bags and imitation accessories, we do not offer refunds – only exchanges are allowed under specific conditions.

✅ Exchange Eligibility:

Only unused, undamaged, and originally packed items are eligible for exchange.

Exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Products must have all original tags, packaging, and invoice.

💸 Exchange Fee:

A flat ₹200 exchange processing fee is applicable. This includes reverse pickup and reshipment.

🔄 Exchange Process:

Contact our team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for exchange.

Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup.

After quality check of the returned item, your replacement will be shipped within 2–3 business days.

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items:

Products damaged due to mishandling, used items, or items without original packaging.

Customised or sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
